Sphere and Atrium by Multi-Terr — Congregation Management and Room Booking for JW

Two applications, one account

Use Sphere, Atrium, or both. Your username and password work in each, and each one has its own address.

Sphere

Territories, service reports, meeting schedules and publisher records in one secure system.

Atrium

One booking calendar for every room and every congregation that shares your Kingdom Hall.

Better together, or on their own

Start with the one you need today. You can add the other one later, and nothing has to be entered twice.

Sphere only

Use Sphere for territories only, or for everything it offers: service reports, meeting schedules, publisher records and more. It is set up the way your congregation works.
Atrium only

Book rooms for any congregation, whether or not it uses Sphere. The hall administrator adds the users.
Both, linked

Link a congregation with a pairing code: one application creates it and the other one enters it. People who are linked sign in to Atrium with their Sphere password.

Sphere

Everything your congregation needs, in one place

Sphere is a full online application. Nothing to install, and it works on your computer and your phone.

Modern and made for you

A fresh, easy-to-use interface, and a setup assistant that tailors Sphere to your congregation so it works the way you want.
All in one place

Territories, service reports, meeting schedules, and publisher records together in one secure system.
Clean data, without the effort

Powerful tools find duplicate addresses and phone numbers and standardize street and city names, so your territory data stays tidy.
Right on your phone

Add Sphere to your phone's home screen for one-tap access. View territories, submit a service report, check the weekly schedule, and more. No app store needed.
JW Stream

Foreign-language groups and congregations that make use of JW Stream get full scheduling support, for both Life and Ministry and public talks.
Life and Ministry

The weekly Life and Ministry Meeting schedule downloads directly from wol.jw.org, so it's always current without any manual entry.
Secure and multilingual

Two-factor authentication and strong encryption protect every account, with support for 8 languages, including Korean and Simplified Chinese, so every publisher is comfortable.
Built to keep up

Sphere is actively maintained and ready to adapt to changes adopted by our fast-moving organization.

Atrium

Every room, every congregation, one calendar

Atrium replaces the phone calls and the paper sheet on the door. Everyone who shares the Kingdom Hall sees what is free and books it in a few taps.

One shared calendar

All the rooms and all the congregations on one screen, colour coded, with a home page that shows the day at a glance.
Meeting times filled in

Enter each congregation's meeting times once and the calendar is filled for the whole year.
No double bookings

Every booking is checked against the room's calendar, so two groups never end up in the same room at the same time.
The right access for each person

Schedulers book, administrators manage their congregation, and hall administrators look after the Kingdom Hall itself.
Right on your phone

Book in a few taps from anywhere. Atrium works on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
Nine languages

English, French, Spanish, Italian, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, Ukrainian and Chinese, with online help in each.

Twenty years of listening

Multi-Terr started in 2006 as a free desktop application, at a time when internet access was limited. Its objective was, and still is, to make it easier to share information between congregations, especially in large cities with many languages, and to let each congregation adapt the application to its own needs, wherever it is in the world.

For 20 years, your feedback and suggestions have shaped what we build. Sphere is the result: a full online application for managing congregations, ready for the years ahead. Atrium, our newest application, brings the same care to the rooms of your Kingdom Hall.

One thing has not changed since the beginning: the principle found in Matthew 10:8, "You received free, give free."

Meet Sphere and Atrium, and take your congregation further.
