Version 6.3 (January 2, 2026)

Summary: You can now send addresses to foreign‑language congregation not using Multi‑Terr, attach the S-8 as a PDF file when assigning a territory and the web link are now more user-friendly

New functions

  • [Home page] 
    • The reminders are now displayed as easy-to-read large buttons
    • New reminder for exchange between congregations (if addresses were modified since the last exchange or if more than 7 days)
  • [Assign] Now possible to attach the S-8 in PDF format to the territory assignment email
  • [Congregations]
    • 3 new fields: 1) Last Export date (from local congregation) 2) Last updated (by other congregation) and 3) Notes (free form text field)
    • New button: Export addresses (to send addresses to foreign‑language congregation not using Multi‑Terr)
  • The shortcut link for accessing house‑to‑house records is now more user‑friendly (for example: https://multi-terr.com/t/abc123)

  • New icon in the top bar to show the menus in a list with search field
  • [Menu List] Redesigned
    • Top menus now displayed as accordions that can be expanded
    • The search bar now also displays a short description for each menu
  • [Login] User can now enter his email address instead of the user code (both are accepted)
    • Note: super-administrators must still use the user code 
  • A new layout has been added: Dynamic (grouped by street)
    • This layout groups the streets into collapsible menus. Clicking on the plus sign ( + ) opens the menu to display all addresses for that street, and clicking the minus sign ( - ) hides the addresses. It is dynamic in the sense that intercom, name and telephone are only displayed if they contain information.

    • When the option [ Hide addresses found] is selected, the Home button now returns to the next address (and opens the panel if grouped by street)
    • [Edit] The Return button has been moved to the footer (with Save and Delete)

Version 6.2 (August 29, 2025)

Summary: Three new menu options have been introduced, including support for S-8 format printing and a feature that allows congregations to input their own API keys for maps and geocoding.

New functions

  • [House to house for publishers] 
    • Mapbox has been added to the maps (Note: Here and Maps box must have defined API Keys for the buttons to be enabled) 
    • [Edit Window] Auto-detect button; The system now uses the congregations API keys; if one fails it tries the next  (Order of priority: Geoapify, Google, Here). Note: if the congregations API all fail, the system then uses the shared Geocoding services (Order of priority: Geoapify, Google) 
  • [Interactive Help] New menu under the Distribution tab; assisting on the distribution/printing steps to follow based on the congregations needs
  • [Print] New S-8 format : Basic (4 sheets per page)
  • [Reprint] New S-8 format : Basic (4 sheets per page)
  • [Addresses - Edit Window] Auto Detect button:
    • Only the existing territory types are displayed in the list
    • The system now uses the congregations API keys; if one fails it tries the next  (Order of priority: Geoapify, Google, Here). Note: if the congregations API all fail, the system then uses the shared Geocoding services (Order of priority: Geoapify, Google) 
  • [Addresses - New window]
    • Select category button has been renamed Detect territory number
    • Detect territory number button; Only the existing territory types are displayed in the list
  • [Geocoding] New menu under addresses to update latitude, longitude in bulk
  • [Maps] Mapbox has been added to the available maps (the congregation's API key must be set)
  • [Options] Map Preview: Mapbox has been added
  • [API Keys] New menu under the Admin tab to enter the congregation's own API Keys for Geoapify, Google, Here and Mapbox 
    • Only users of type administrator are allowed to access this menu
    • The stored API keys in the database are encrypted

  • [Divide] Error message displayed if the original map was not modified or common points with the new were not found
  • [Congregation Boundaries] The Here Maps button is only available if the congregation has configured their own API Keys
  • [Print] Out of memory issues when a large number of territories were selected
  • [Maps] The Map dropdown only displays the ones with a MAP API Key or Google if no API keys defined
  • Geocoding; if the city is not written for the address, it takes the city from the territory, and if the territory has no city, it takes the city set for the local congregation (if no city is found, the result may be inaccurate)
  • When detecting a territory number, the function now first looks at the maps, and if not found then looks if the same address already exists (with a different apartment number), if not found continues as previous function

    • The users are not required to enter their credentials when using the shortcut

    • The Option may be reselected by the territory servant / assistants in the Options module
    • This change will limit the number of calls to Google maps, therefore not reaching the daily limit quickly on Saturdays
  • [Home Page] The congregation name set in the application is now displayed for the super admin (previously the name at time of account creation was displayed)
  • [PDF Format territory] The user name was printed instead of the congregation name (for non super-admin users)

Version 6.1.0 (April 19, 2025)

Summary: Multi-Terr Web is now a stand-alone application, no need to install or the use the desktop application, new users can start using the web application by creating an account.

    • System validations have been added to assist new users, validations are displayed when:
      • The congregations boundaries/KMZ have not been uploaded
      • There are no territories

      • There are no foreign languages
      • There are no territory maps
  • [Print] New module to print territories (opens as a PDF file)
  • [Reprint] New module to reprint assigned or previously printed territories
  • [Maps Import] New menu to import territory boundaries from an excel file
