OneDrive can be used to share the Multi-Terr database between users (although we still recommend to use the Web application whenever possible). One very important limitation is that OneDrive should be used only by one user at the time. If someone is already connected, it will display the list of whom is connected and when they connected.

The limitation is that when there is a conflict, OneDrive will rename one of the files with the computer name without warning and therefore one of the users will lose their changes. One major advantage with OneDrive compared to Dropbox, is that OneDrive does not create conflicts when working alone.

Dropbox and Google Drive 

Dropbox is NOT recommended as it may create conflicted files even when a user is the only one using the application, therefore causing the user to lose information. Google Drive was not fully tested but according to online documentation, does not handle conflicts as well as OneDrive.
